zHome is currently under construction. It is a net zero energy, carbon neutral 10 unit townhome project in Issaquah WA. zHome is designed as a replicable model and learning tool for production builders and homeowners across the country. The project goals include achieving net zero energy, 60% reduction in water use, healthy indoor air quality and creating community through thoughtful site design. Once occupied, zHome’s performance will be tracked as part of an ongoing educational resource for homeowners and the building community.
